When will you ship my order? Order by 4 PM Central time Monday through Friday, excluding holidays, and we will ship your order the same day.

How will you ship my order? We use the USPS for most orders shipped within the U.S. Generally, you should expect to receive your order within 2 - 6 days. The transit time depends upon your distance from Illinois. USPS Global Priority is used when orders are shipped outside the U.S.

What forms of payment do you accept? When you place an order through our web site, or fax, you may use your Visa, MasterCard, or Discover cards. In addition, when you mail your order you may use a personal check or money order. Using a personal check may delay shipment. Credit cards or money orders get your products shipped the same or next business day.
What is your return policy? Every item on our web site comes with a 100% money back satisfaction guarantee3 . If you are not completely satisfied with your order when it arrives, we will refund your money or exchange any or all items. Simply return the product(s) you purchased within 30 days of receipt date and we will promptly execute your request. For your protection, please insure the package for its full value. Do you sell the Mini-Mite display case, like the one found at my local tackle shop? No. This item was designed for the local retail establishments.
Do you have a catalog? No, not at this time.
Can I buy bulk Mini-Mite or Mini-Mite2 tails? The Mini-Mite and Mini-Mite2 tails are not available as a separate item. We do offer the Mini-Mite Jig and Tail Pack. This item includes 3 rigged Mini-Mite Jigs and 8 extra Mini-Mite Tails.
