Covid-19 – 4/20/2020 Update

Our supply chain has been severely impacted, due to Covid-19. The manufactures, and most distributors in which we have a business relationship, are on shut-down. Fortunately we took large deliveries, on some products we offer, before the shut-down went into effect. We are still predicting total depletion on some of our products, before we able to order and receive additional products.

We are back on a normal shipping schedule at this time. You may expect orders to ship in one to two business days after they are received.

It has been noted that delivery times on the orders we have shipped are taking longer than anticipated, and longer than stated at the time the shipments are being made. Another anomaly we have experienced is; orders being returned to us, by the delivery service, for no reason. While this has happened a limited number of times, we continue to investigate the issue and alternate delivery options. Rest assured, if you place an order with us, you will receive your products, or if necessary, a full refund of your order.

As we are practicing social distancing here at Panfishpro, and doing what we are able to stay safe and well, we hope you are doing the same.
