Listed below are many of the questions we receive here at If you can’t find the answer(s) to your question(s), please do not hesitate to contact us.

Orders are usually shipped within 1 – 2 business days after they are received, excluding federal holidays and weekends, unless otherwise noted. For more detailed shipping information, please see our Shipping Policies and Rates. Did we mention, included with every order is a FREE gift!

We can think of four reasons this is happening, and they are;

  • 1. You created an account after you placed an order.
  • 2. You did not log into your account when you placed your order.
  • 3. Someone else placed an order for you.
  • 4. You have multiple accounts and placed an order using a different account.

If you do not see an order in your account, please contact us, and we’d be more than happy to fix that for you!

Yes. We have found that undelivered orders are almost non-existent when a signature is necessary for delivery. We will waive a package signature request when a completed Package Delivery Signature Waiver Form is on file. View here for more information.

You’re not the first person to order the wrong item. It happens. We will attempt to correct this for you as quickly as possible. If obtaining replacements is most important to you, we suggest placing a new order for the correct items as soon as possible. While checking out, and in the Order notes (optional) field, please let us know that these are replacements, or let us know through our contact form. With your new order, we will include a postage paid label you will use to return your unwanted items. We will issue a refund to you when your returned items are received.

If obtaining replacements quickly is not of importance, please return your unwanted items to us along with a Return Item Form, or simply write your request on a plain piece of paper.

Due entirely to the GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation), we have temporarily suspended shipments outside of the United States.

Sorry, but the answer is no. We cannot accommodate this request. If you placed an order with us, and suddenly realize you need that order shipped to a different address than what was submitted with the order, you will need to place a new order. Once an order is placed, we must ship that order to the address submitted with the order. Should this happen, please contact us right away. We can cancel the order with the incorrect address, provided it has yet to ship or leave our facilities.

This depends upon the shipping service you choose at check-out time, and your distance from our warehouse located just west of Chicago, Illinois. The transit times for First Class service are typically 2 - 10 days, and 2 - 5 business days for Priority service. The map below illustrates transit times for First Class service;

Please Note: Almost all of our orders are shipped via the United States Post Office. We are aware of, that during the Coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic, First Class and Priority shipments are temporarily requiring additional time for delivery. If you are not completely satisfied with your order when it arrives, we will refund your money or exchange any or all items. Simply return the product(s) you purchased within 30 days of order date, indicated on your receipt, and we will promptly execute your request. Prior to Covid, the US Post Office delivered Priority Shipments in 2-5 days. While the service continues to be offered, 2–5-day transit time seems to be a thing of the past. It is our experience that Priority and First-Class shipments arrive at nearly the same time.
