You have 30 days from the time your order arrives to return any item for a prompt, hassle-free refund or exchange (unless specifically noted otherwise on the item’s product page).

How to Process a Return or Exchange

Making a return is easy. Just follow these simple steps:

1. Tell us what you’d like us to do: When you package up your items to send back, please include a quick note letting us know whether you would prefer a full refund or an exchange.

2. Requesting an Exchange? If you are exchanging an item for something else, please be sure to tell us exactly what you need! Include the Item Number or the Manufacturer’s Part Number of the new product you want so we can get it shipped out to you as quickly as possible.

3. Send it back! Securely package your item(s) and your note (or Return Form), and send it back to our returns department. For your protection and ours, we highly recommend insuring your return package for its full value. Please note that we cannot accept COD (Cash on Delivery) shipments. Once we receive it, we’ll process your refund or exchange right away.

For regular returns, we cannot refund original shipping charges, and customers are responsible for return shipping fees. However, if an item arrives defective or we made an error with your order, we will absolutely cover your shipping costs to make things right!
