Orders are usually shipped within 1 – 2 business days after they are received, excluding federal holidays and weekends. When a valid email address is provided, we will email you a shipping confirmation, which will include package tracking information. The following are our flat rate shipping fees:

Orders are shipped from our warehouse located just outside of Chicago, Illinois. *U.S. Orders usually arrive at their destinations within 2-10 days of being shipped, depending upon the shipping method you chose, and your distance from our warehouse. If a valid email address is included with your order, we will email you a shipping confirmation which will include a package tracking link. Orders received Monday through Friday, before 3:00 PM CT, are usually shipped within 1 – 2 business days. This excludes federal holidays and weekends, and applies only to orders received through our website. Orders received on federal holidays, or weekends, are usually shipped within 1 – 2 days of the next business day. For the entire year of 2018, 99.77% of the orders we received through the Internet shipped in less than 24 hours, with the majority of these shipping in less than 8 hours from the time they were received. For International orders only
When using your credit card, the bill to and ship to address must be the same. We may wait for funds to clear our bank before shipping any products, this includes credit card orders. When placing an order through our website, you will automatically be charged a $19.95 US shipping fee. Should the shipping fee be less than $19.95 US, we will credit your payment method. Should the $19.95 US not cover the shipping fee, we will request additional funds. Transit time to certain countries may be 30 days or more. Please contact us if you have additional questions.
Lost and delayed shipment policy
Lost or delayed shipments are an unpleasant experience for you, our customer, and for us. This is an extremely rare occurrence. Should your order go missing in transit, we will make every effort to track it down and to update you on the status. All of our orders are shipped with tracking information. Shipping services will not consider an article lost until 30 days have passed from the date of shipping. Should your order be deemed as lost by the shipping services we use, a new order will be shipped at no additional cost to you. We may, at our discretion, and expense, ship a replacement order should your order be delayed for an extended period of time and less than 30 days. Since implementing Signature Service, lost shipments are almost nonexistent.
Returned shipment policy
Should your order be returned to us as undeliverable, or unclaimed, we will automatically refund your purchase price, less the actual shipping fee. The actual shipping fee may be more than the shipping fee you originally paid. Additionally, we may charge a restock fee of 20% or less. Again, this only applies to orders that were returned to us as undeliverable or unclaimed.
Panfishpro.com reserves the right to limit the quantities of the products you order. We also reserve the right to cancel any orders for any reason or for no reason at all.
