Shipping Policies and Rates

Orders placed through our website are generally shipped within 1 – 2 business days, excluding federal holidays and weekends. After you place an order with us, and where a valid email address is provided, we will email you an order confirmation. When your order ships, we will email a shipping confirmation, which will include a package tracking link. If you have created an account on our website, you may login to view your previous orders and shipping and tracking information.

Products are shipped from our warehouse located just outside of Chicago, Illinois. U.S. Domestic orders generally arrive at their destinations within 2 – 10 days of being shipped, depending upon the shipping method you chose, and your distance from our warehouse. Products are generally shipped within 1 – 2 busines days after they are received. 3:00 PM CT is generally the cut-off time for shipments for that day. Orders arriving after 3:00 PM CT generally will ship within 1 – 2 business days, starting with the next business day. Orders received by fax, or mail, may take 1 – 2 additional days to process. Orders received on federal holidays, or weekends, are generally shipped within 1 – 2 days starting with the next business day.

For the entire year of 2019, 99.65% of the orders we received through our website shipped in less than 24 hours, with the majority of these orders shipping the same day they were received. All deliveries require a signature for release. View here for more information on package delivery signature.

For International orders only

When using your credit/debit card, the bill to and ship to address must be the same. When placing an order through our website, you will automatically be charged the international rate shown above. Should the shipping fee be less than the rate shown above, we will credit your payment method for the difference. Please allow up to 30 days for this credit to be available. Should the rate shown above not cover the shipping cost, we will request additional funds from you. Transit time to certain countries may be 30 days or more. Lost and delayed shipment policy

Lost or delayed shipments are an unpleasant experience for all of us. Lost orders is an extremely rare occurrence. Should your order go missing in transit, we will make every effort to track it down and to update you on the status. All of our orders are shipped with tracking information. Shipping services will not consider an article lost until 30 days have passed from the date of shipping. Should your order be deemed as lost by the shipping services we use, a new order will be shipped at no additional cost to you. We may, at our discretion, and expense, ship a replacement order should your order be delayed for an extended period of time and less than 30 days. Since implementing Signature Service, lost shipments are almost nonexistent.

Returned shipment policy

Should your order be returned to us as undeliverable, or unclaimed, we will automatically refund your purchase price, less the actual shipping fee. The actual shipping fee may be more than the shipping fee you originally paid. If your order is retuned to us as undeliverable, or unclaimed, and your order qualified for free shipping, we will deduct the shipping fee we paid to ship your order. Additionally, we may charge a restock fee of up to 25%. Again, this only applies to orders that were returned to us as undeliverable or unclaimed.

Panfishpro.com reserves the right to limit the quantities of the products you order. We also reserve the right to cancel any orders for any reason or for no reason at all.
