We want to sincerely apologize for the recent increase in our shipping charges. Over the past few years, USPS postage rates have skyrocketed. While we utilize discounted commercial rates, the reality is that we have been taking a financial loss on the shipping of almost every order. We have absorbed these rising costs for as long as possible, but we must now adjust our rates to help bridge the gap. Please know that even with this newly imposed increase, the amount we collect is still less than our actual out-of-pocket expense, meaning we will continue to take a loss on postage for nearly every package we ship. We greatly appreciate your understanding and your continued support of our business.

Orders placed through our website typically ship within 1-2 business days of being placed. Please note that this excludes federal holidays and weekends. Once your order is placed, you’ll receive an order confirmation email, provided a valid email address was entered. When your order ships, we’ll send a shipping confirmation email with a package tracking link. For your convenience, you can also view your order history, shipping, and tracking information by logging into your account on our website.

Our products are dispatched from our distribution center situated in proximity to Chicago, Illinois. Domestic shipments within the United States are generally delivered within a timeframe of 3 to 10 business days following shipment, contingent upon the delivery destination. Orders received subsequent to 3:00 PM Central Time are typically processed and shipped within 1 to 2 business days, commencing on the subsequent business day. Similarly, orders placed on federal holidays or weekends are generally processed and shipped within 1 to 2 business days.

When placing an order through our website, your products must be shipped to the address submitted with the order. If you discover that an incorrect shipping address was submitted with your order, please contact us immediately.

We’re proud to share that in 2025, 98.12% of our website orders shipped within 24 business hours, many on the exact same day! For your security, we require a signature upon delivery. For International orders only – We have suspended shipments outside of the United States. We sincerely apologize to you if this has caused any inconvenience.

For credit/debit card purchases, the billing and shipping addresses must match for both domestic and international orders.

International orders will be automatically charged the international shipping rate shown above. If the actual shipping cost exceeds the quoted rate, we will request additional funds. Conversely, if the shipping fee is less than the quoted rate, we will credit the difference to your payment method. Please allow up to 30 days for any credits to be processed

Please note that all duties and import taxes are the responsibility of the recipient. Transit times for international orders can vary, with some countries taking 30 days or more. Feel free to contact us with any questions.

Lost and delayed shipment policy

Although shipment losses or delays are infrequent, we acknowledge the potential inconvenience they may cause. Should an order be mislaid during transit, we will undertake all necessary measures to locate it and provide regular updates regarding its status. Comprehensive tracking information is provided for all orders.

Packages are generally not considered lost by shipping carriers until 30 days have elapsed from the date of shipment. Should an order be officially declared as lost by the carrier, a replacement order will be dispatched at no additional cost.

Under certain circumstances, a complimentary replacement order may be dispatched should a shipment experience a substantial delay, irrespective of the 30-day loss period.

Since implementing Signature Service, lost shipments have become extremely rare.

Returned shipment policy

In the event an order is returned to our facilities due to being undeliverable or unclaimed, a refund will be automatically issued for the purchase price, deducting the actual shipping charges incurred. Kindly be advised that the actual shipping cost may exceed the originally remitted shipping fee.

In the event an order qualifying for complimentary shipping is returned as undeliverable or remains unclaimed, the associated shipping costs incurred by Panfishpro shall be deducted from any refund issued. Furthermore, a restocking fee not exceeding 25% may be applicable. This policy is strictly limited to orders classified as undeliverable or unclaimed.

Our rights

Panfishpro retains the authority to restrict order quantities. Furthermore, we reserve the right to nullify any order, with or without stated justification.
