However, if there is an issue with processing your order, and we are unable to contact you, we will cancel your order. This information is used to process and ship your order(s). We do not store your credit and or debit card numbers. Credit and or debit card numbers may be stored by the payment processing entities that we use, and which are covered under a separate Privacy Notice by these respective entities. When placing an order via fax, or mail, where a credit and or debit card is used, you will need to share your name, shipping and billing address and payment information. Sharing your phone number and or email address is optional and at your discretion. Again, and however, if there is an issue with processing your order, and we are unable to contact you by telephone or email, we will cancel your order. Information collected when an order is placed my mail, or fax, is used to process and ship your order(s). We do not store your credit and or debit card numbers. Additionally, orders placed by fax, or mail, where a credit or debit card number is used, the fax, or mailed form, is stored as a digital document where the credit or debit card numbers are removed. Payment information, limited only to credit and debit card numbers, is not stored or kept on file by us. When placing an order with us, and where a credit or debit card is used, you agree to the Privacy Policies set forth by our third-party payment processors, which are always U.S. based, world-class leaders in payment processing.

To gain a better understanding where product shipments are lost, delayed, misdirected or misdelivered, 5-digit postal zip codes are recorded and geographically analyzed solely for the purpose of developing shipping strategies. 5-digit postal zip codes are also geo analyzed to understand where our products are being shipped. We use this information to target areas for product advertisement.

Sharing information on Social Media

Our website includes links to Social Media sites such as Facebook and others. If you click on any of these links, these third-party websites collect your IP Address and record which page you were visiting at the time. With whom we share your data

Your sensitive payment information, shipping information, email address, instructions and order details will be shared with the processor of your choice. When you place an order by mail or fax, and where credit/debit card information in included, your order will be processed by PayPal, Inc.
