We package our Jig Heads in a heavy gauge resealable zip top bag. Each bag includes 10 Jig Heads.

Many painted jig heads currently available on the market are powder-coated. This method offers a rapid means of applying color to an unpainted jig head, enabling the completion of the entire process, from application to packaging, in just minutes. Such efficiency is highly advantageous for meeting high production demands. However, a drawback of powder coating is its comparatively lower durability and radiance, particularly concerning fluorescent hues.

In contrast, our Panfishpro Pro-Quality Jig Heads feature a proprietary, multi-coat finish that cures via an exothermic reaction. Our painting process extends over nearly one week. Furthermore, our fluorescent colors exhibit a significantly greater reflection of the visible light spectrum than is achievable with powder coating. Consequently, our color coatings will not degrade or crack when exposed to heat or pressure, even when baits are rigged and left in hot vehicles or boats, or when cast into rocky environments.
